How RandomlyFun™ creates, reviews, and updates tool content and guides. What “reviewed” means, how we handle corrections, and how to send feedback.
What “reviewed” means here
When a tool page shows a review signal, it means we’ve checked the page for: clarity, copy-safety, obvious errors, and usability on mobile. For template-style tools (speeches, invites, messages), we also check that default outputs avoid sensitive topics and are easy to personalize.
“Reviewed” does not mean professional or legal advice, and it does not replace professional judgment. See the limitations section on each tool page for context.
How tools are created
- We define the user intent (what someone is trying to do in 30–60 seconds).
- We design the UI to work on mobile first: fast load, minimal inputs, clear output.
- We tune templates and defaults to be practical and easy to edit.
- We add FAQ/How-to content only when it helps users use the tool correctly.
Updates and dates
Tool pages show a published date and a last updated date. The updated date changes when we make meaningful edits (for example: improving templates, fixing bugs, updating instructions, or adding clarifying FAQs).
Corrections
If you find a mistake, unclear instruction, or a template that produces a bad output, please tell us. We’ll fix issues that materially affect the user experience and update the page’s “Last updated” date when the fix ships.
Send feedback via contact.
Privacy and data
Our tools are designed to work without accounts. Most inputs stay in your browser. Some tools save local state in your browser, and we use third-party analytics plus advertising services to understand traffic, improve reliability, and keep the site free.
