Cookie Policy

Learn how RandomlyFun™ uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Websites may also use similar technologies such as localStorage, pixels, and browser identifiers to remember preferences, understand usage patterns, and deliver advertising.

How We Use Browser Storage and Similar Technologies

  • Preferences: remember settings such as your theme choice.
  • Tool state: save certain favorites, recent inputs, or selections locally in your browser for specific tools.
  • Feedback deduping: remember if you already voted on a helpful prompt or triggered a one-time tool-start event.
  • Analytics: measure traffic, navigation, and performance through third-party analytics services.
  • Advertising: show and measure ads that help fund the site through Google AdSense.

Third-Party Cookies (Analytics & Advertising)

We currently load Google Analytics, Umami, Microsoft Clarity, Grow/Faves, and Google AdSense. Depending on how these services operate in your browser, they may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure traffic, performance, behavior analytics, saved favorites, and ad delivery.

Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page interaction patterns such as clicks, scrolls, navigation paths, heatmaps, and session replay-style diagnostics. We do not intentionally send generator input text or custom tool output to Clarity as custom analytics payloads.

For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google may also load Google-managed consent messaging so Google advertising and measurement choices can be collected and applied under Google's systems. That Google flow does not currently manage non-Google analytics services such as Umami or Microsoft Clarity.

If a Google consent message is available in those regulated regions, it may provide a manage-options flow on the site. Outside that flow, browser controls and provider-specific opt-out tools remain the main controls available on the site today.

Your Choices

  • Browser controls: you can clear or block cookies and localStorage in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect saved preferences or tool continuity.
  • On-site consent controls: if a Google consent message is shown to you, use its consent or manage-options controls to adjust Google ad and measurement choices for this site.
  • Advertising controls: you can manage ad personalization in Google Ad Settings and via industry opt-out tools.
  • Analytics blocking: browser privacy tools or content blockers may also limit third-party analytics scripts.
